Leadership That Gives Back

Our Commitment

Each calendar year:

Nine One Nine Leadership will donate 5% of qualifying gross collected revenue to the Women + Water Collaborative.

In addition, we will personally donate an additional $5,000 per calendar year.

This commitment reflects our belief that access to water creates opportunity—and that women should have a meaningful voice in building and leading sustainable water solutions.

Why Women + Water?

Throughout our careers, we have seen the importance of developing leaders, opening doors, and ensuring that talented people have the opportunity to contribute.

Women play an essential role in families, communities, public service, and the water profession. Yet many women and girls around the world continue to experience the greatest consequences of inadequate access to safe water and sanitation.

Supporting Women + Water brings together several causes that are deeply connected to our work:

Transparency and Accountability

Our contribution will be calculated using revenue received during the calendar year, excluding sales taxes, refunds, reimbursed expenses, and other qualifying pass-through costs.

Following each annual contribution, we will publish the amount donated by Nine One Nine Leadership, the amount personally donated, and the combined annual contribution.

This is not a temporary campaign or a marketing promotion. It is an ongoing commitment to connect leadership development with meaningful service.
